You can pick up your pre-order at the regular checkout. If it's busy, please join the queue for a moment. Our pre-order system currently serves as a product guarantee. It ensures that your favourite breads are firmly reserved for you – no matter how busy it is or if you can only come by later after work. To keep things fair for everyone, we serve our customers in order. Since we don't offer self-service at our shelves for hygiene reasons and to avoid mix-ups, our team will personally hand you your bag at the checkout. We use the time slots internally to coordinate the packing of bags. If you'd like to avoid a wait, feel free to visit us in the afternoon – it's usually much quieter then.
