Baker

(m/f/x) – Work with us in a dynamic, international team in our 100% transparent organic bakery. We work in day and night shifts and in our two bright, light-flooded bakeries in the heart of Munich. We are a modern, innovative company with a warm working atmosphere and it is important to us that you feel comfortable with us. You will also learn a lot about working with organic ingredients in a bakery that focuses on traditional craftsmanship. Do you love your job as a baker and want to make bread a tasty product again? Your tasks

  • With you as part of our warm and dynamic team, our organic products are created using traditional craftsmanship.
  • You will work up our doughs and take over the rounding of the organic breads (we generally work 100% with our hands)
  • You will take over the work at the oven
  • You will ensure compliance with our high quality standards
  • Together with our team, you produce pastries (e.g. organic butter croissants, organic cinnamon cardamom snails, etc.)

What you should bring

  • Your completed trade test
  • The aim to deliver the highest quality
  • The ability to apply traditional craftsmanship
  • The ability to work independently and in a structured, clean manner
  • Passion for baking with regional raw materials and without baking agents

Head of Maintenance

(m/f/x) – Are you technically skilled, solution-oriented and ready to play a key role in a growing company? As Head of Maintenance at Julius Brantner, you'll keep our bakery machines and equipment running smoothly across all our bakeries, making you an essential part of our team.

What can you expect?

  • Installation, maintenance and repair of our bakery machinery and equipment
  • Independent execution of maintenance work, including building-related tasks
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Ensuring compliance with environmental, safety and fire protection standards, as well as general cleanliness and order

What do you bring?

  • Completed training, or comparable experience, in mechatronics, electronics or mechanical engineering
  • Solid knowledge of electrical engineering and mechatronics
  • Prior professional experience, ideally in a trade or industrial setting
  • Flexibility, resilience and a team-oriented mindset
  • A genuine enthusiasm for optimising and improving processes

Team chef

(m/f/x) – Would you like to cook for us?

Our most important resource is our team, so we’re looking for you! As we’ve grown to well over 60 team members over the past years, we need help with providing meals for our team. We love good, freshly cooked food and would be thrilled if you’d like to treat us. You’ll have plenty of creative freedom and receive our gratitude, because the food culture we embody outwardly is just as important to us internally. At Julius Brantner, it’s all about genuine craftsmanship, and that’s why we’re looking for nutritious food to sustain us during the day.

What can you expect?

  • You will cook a fresh, balanced lunch for our team four days a week – simple, seasonal, and with an eye for detail (Tuesday–Friday)
  • You will work primarily with regional and organic ingredients that align with our philosophy
  • You will plan menus independently, coordinate purchasing and keep an eye on dietary restrictions, quality and budget
  • You will keep your work area clean at all times and in line with our hygiene and quality standards

What should you bring?

  • Qualification as a chef or equivalent experience in a kitchen
  • A love and passion for culinary delights of all kinds
  • The ability to plan flexibly and work independently
  • An independent, structured approach to work and a keen sense of timing
  • An appreciation for regional organic ingredients
  • An open-minded and warm-hearted nature; you are an important part of our community
