Soft, buttery and impossibly tender: our organic brioche buns are a great addition to a summer barbecue. Made from 100% organic wheat flour, organic hay milk, organic butter, organic eggs from Bruderhahn roosters, organic quark and a hint of organic vanilla – finished with light organic sesame seeds that develop a delicate toasty aroma in the oven. A touch of organic rum rounds out the flavour, no worries, though, the alcohol evaporates while baking. Hay milk comes from cows raised exclusively on fresh grass and hay – no silage. The result is a particularly aromatic, natural milk that gives the dough an exceptional depth and tenderness you can taste in the brioche.
