Our Bio Pistaziencroissant is finally back! It reminds us of "la dolce vita" and sweetens our day anew every Tuesday. The dough of our organic pistachio croissant rests for 48 hours. It is rolled by hand and filled with a homemade cream made from the finest organic pistachios and organic white chocolate. Topped with organic cardamom syrup and crunchy organic pistachio crumble for a fine crunch. The "Pain Suisse" shape adds a wonderful texture to the organic pistachio croissant and makes it particularly crispy when baked.
