Our Bio Ofenkrapfen are the fruity-fresh answer to a long tradition. Gentle baking in a stone oven instead of in fat ensures an incomparable lightness and digestibility that allows the pure flavors of our high-quality ingredients to come to the fore. Our in-house organic levain (mild wheat sourdough) and a 24-hour dough fermentation process give the organic brioche dough a special moistness and depth. Immediately after baking, each doughnut is lovingly coated with the finest organic butter and rolled in regional organic beet sugar – for a subtly sweet melt-in-the-mouth experience. The centerpiece is an aromatic explosion: our homemade organic raspberry yuzu fruit spread. With an impressive 73% fruit content, we combine the intense flavor of organic raspberries with the complex, citrusy freshness of organic yuzu. We bake in small batches so that you can always enjoy your Bio Ofenkrapfen absolutely fresh.
